- Business Registration Document
- NTN Certificate by FBR
- Office Address
- Office electricity Bill
- List of Vehicles (if available)
- Undertaking / Affidavit
- Fee Payment Proof
- Passport Size Photograph
- Rent Agreement
- List of all staff (designations/qualification/experience)
- Bank Statement (last mini closing 200,000)
- 5 Letter Heads
- Stamp (Business/Company/AOP)
- Audit Report (certified by Chartered Accountant)
Renewal / Re-Registration ā Requirements
For businesses already DTS-registered:
- CNIC Copy
- Previous DTS Certificate / Registration Number
- Updated Company Profile
- List of New Vehicles or Staff (if changed)
- Renewal Fee Payment Proof
- Any Compliance Reports (if required by authority)
